Notification of Designating Controlled Areas and Temporary Lockdown Areas in Zengcheng District

(No.115, 2022)

根据疫情防控需要，经增城区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部研究决定，自11月28日起，新增高风险风险区域和划定临时管控区域如下：

According to the COVID-19 prevention and control requirements, Zengcheng District COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Center has made a deliberate decision to designate certain parts of the district as high-risk areas and temporary lockdown areas from November 28, 2022.

一、新增高风险区

I. High-risk Areas

（一）永宁街

1.永宁街永誉社区誉山国际三区87栋。

2.永宁街碧桂园云顶1栋。

3.永宁街蒌元村竹园街8号、7-2号、7-3号、8-1号。

4.永宁街蒌元村黄屋社黄屋大街3号、4号、5号。

(I)Yongning Subdistrict

1. Building87, Phase III, Yushan International Residential Community

2. Building1, Phoenix City Yunding Residential Community

3. No.8, 7-2, 7-3 and 8-1 of Zhuyuan Street, Louyuan Village

4. No. 3, 4 and 5 of Huangwu Street, Huangwu Community, Louyuan Village

（二）宁西街

宁西街路边村蛟潭大街5号、6号、3-3号、4-1号、3-1号、4-2号、5-1号、4号。

(II) Ningxi Subdistrict

No. 5, 6, 3-3, 4-1, 3-1, 4-2, 5-1 and 4 of Jiaotan Street, Lubian Village

（三）新塘镇

新塘镇新康花园康乐东苑2栋1梯、2栋2梯、3栋2梯。

(III) Xintang Town

Block 1 and 2 of Building 2, Block 2 of Building 3, Kangle Dongyuan Residential Community

以上区域实行“足不出户，上门服务”等管控措施。

Residents in these areas are under mandatory home quarantine. Necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps.

二、划定临时管控区

II. Temporary Lockdown Areas

根据疫情防控需要，除《关于强化永宁街社会面疫情防控措施的通告》（第96号）、《关于强化增江街部分区域疫情防控措施的通告》（第100号）中明确的强化疫情防控区域和措施延续至11月30日24时外，根据《增城区关于新增临时管控区和延续强化疫情防控措施的通告》（第114号），划定临时管控区如下：

According to the COVID-19 prevention and control requirements, excluding the areas and measures specified in Notification of Strengthening COVID-19 Prevention and Control Measures in Yongning Subdistrict of Zengcheng District (No. 96, 2022) and Notification of Extending COVID-19 Prevention and Control Measures in Certain Areas of Zengjiang Subdistrict in Zengcheng District (No. 100, 2022) that will be extended to 24:00 on November 30, certain parts of the district have been designated as temporary lockdown areas according to Notification of Designating Temporary Lockdown Areas and Extending COVID-19 Prevention and Control Measures in Zengcheng District (No. 114, 2022).

（一）增江街

(I) Zengjiang Subdistrict

1.西山村全域。

2.陆村村全域。

3.凤塔社区的康健工业园及锦绣星辰小区。

4.象山社区的富城华庭小区及东源·印江澜小区。

5.凤鸣社区的金凤皇庭小区、同创滨江小区、春晓花园（公园里）小区、水东街、沿江东一路、南山片区、西山仓片区。

1. The whole area of Xishan Village.

2. The whole area of Lucun Village.

3. Kangjian Industrial Park and Jingxiu Xingchen Residential Community, Fengta Community.

4. Fucheng Huating Residential Community and Dongyuan Yinjianglan Residential Community, Xiangshan Community

5. Jinfeng Huangting Residential Community, Tongshuang Binjiang Residential Community, Chunxiao Garden (Gongyuanli) Residential Community, Shuidong Street, Yanjiang East 1st Road, Nanshan Area and Xishancang Area.

（二）永宁街

1.永宁街碧桂园云顶小区、东凌广场综合体。

2.永宁街蒌元村老围社旧村全域（东至公园名著工地、南至永宁街中心小学、西至与上角排社交界处、北至龙磐石山）。

(II) Yongning Subdistrict

1. Phoenix City Yunding Residential Community, Dongling Plaza

2. The whole area of the old village, Laowei Cooperative, Louyuan Village (The area encircled by Gongyuan Mingzhu Construction Site in the east, Central Primary School of Yongning Subdistrict in the south, the junction of Shangjiaopai Cooperative in the west, and Longpanshi Mountain in the north).

以上区域实行“足不出区、错峰取物、停止商业”等管控措施。区域内严格控制人员流动，市民除接受核酸检测和紧急就医等，原则上非必要不外出，不串门、不扎堆、不聚集。原则上居家办公，或就地转为社区志愿者。除保障市民生活和基本运行的行业和场所外，其余经营性场所一律暂停营业，进入以上场所须扫场所码并持有24小时内核酸检测阴性证明或核酸检测中证明。

Residents in the above areas are prohibited to exit the zone and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule. Businesses shall suspend operations in these areas. Residents’ movement shall be strictly controlled. They shall not go outdoors except for essential reasons such as PCR tests or emergency medical treatment, and shall avoid social gatherings and crowded places. Working at home or serving as volunteers in the community is encouraged in principle. Apart from providers of public services, all businesses shall suspend operation. Visitors must present their 24-hour negative PCR test results or sampling proof before entering the above-mentioned venues.

风险区范围和管控要求将根据疫情防控形势变化适时调整，请市民群众配合相关管控措施。区域内居民如有生活、就医等需求可拨打以下服务热线：
